The Army Corp of Engineers define the marina area in their engineering documentation. The organization and the area of the marina is then defined in the Declarations. The marina is then incorporated in the Articles of Incorporation. Amendments are filed in the following declaration. Mudge then submits his affidavit saying the Army Corp of Engineering (ACE) is authorizing the marina to exist as a marina. Details from the ACE are filed as an exhibit but linked in the first entry. Another amendment is filed in this document to correct the slip definitions on A dock and B dock as well as the some slip lengths getting recategorized likely to reflect the as-built.
